Hate to say it, but I saw this coming, ever since they couldn't ship products and those that shipped were examples of poor quality control, I wrote the cases off for good.

Well I got what I payed for a TF8 and remote control. The first TF-8 came with a broken door, however I was able to get a replacement through Dell. Sorry to see them go. The second TF-8 is an example of what they could have been. Perfect shape and very good construction. I wish Chris all the best and look forward to his next project. All my correspondence with him has been spot on. Let's hope one of the good guys gets through this!
