HDCP Problem- Have sound, but no picture

I was watching a recording off Cinemax.  Was doing fine then picture went black, but sound continued.  I have had problems with this before and I believe it is HDCP related. 

Video setup ATI HD5670 - HDMI - Mits TV. 

Audio is HTPC on-board audio - Logitech Z623 speakers 

 I tried the setting of MC audio to Dolby 5.1 and Win7 audio to stereo.   This did work for a time, but later it came back.  Is there a permanent fix?
