On one hand I sort of side with Apple and hope they sort it out, but then I have to laugh a lot because Apple is infamous for suits against other companies that use 'i' anything without paying licensing fees. Especially those who try and make third party accessories that cut into Apple's revenue stream.

I can't wait for them to sue me because I have an "iRon" to smooth out my dress shirts after they are washed.

screw apple, i hope they lose a ton of $$ on this lawsuit. They've sued sooo many small companies who would dare use "i" in front of their name.

Some weren't even technology companies & they were still being sued. Karma's a b***h Laughing out loud

I put off an iPod for the longest time, and it wasn't until the 5g's that I caved. I started biking long distances and there are a lot of ipod only podcasts that I'm hooked on. The only thing that lets me sleep at night is knowing I do my share of DRM stripping / torrent watching.
