Asus M4A78-HTPC motherboard

Just saw on the Asus Global site, a new mobo listed designed for HTPCs. It's an AMD 780G AM2+ board with a preamp chip. Looks similiar to the MSI Live Diva. Description on their site makes no mention which DSP and codec chips it has.
