I currently have 1 HD PVR and 1 SD tuner in my Media Center 7 machine. I've spent a lot of time to setup and merge the channels for my 2 tuners.
I finally installed my antenna in my attic, and I'm ready to configure my HD HomeRun. However, I'm scared of losing all my current channels when going thru the MCE config.
Also, I'm in canada, so I have to do some hack to enable ATSC.
Is there a way to add a tuner, and keep current tuners?
You may want to try using GuideTool, which makes it pretty easy to change/merge channels. If you are a registered user (donation required), you can even backup and restore your guide info. AFAIK, the backup and restore features are on a per tuner basis, but worse case, you can at least restore everything if necessary.
GuideTool might be a way to go. I'll give it a try, thanks.

I'm about to add a tuner myself, if I get a chance tonight to install the tuner I'll let you know what it ask in WMC7. Although your situation is a bit more complicated than mine.
