1.5 Meters of ethernet cable = $500 (!!!)

How do these people sleep at night?

This is simultaneously good for a laugh and a cry.  At 1.5 meters I think you could use a coat hanger and still get perfect ethernet  :Smile

I'm sure Monster believes they have a patent on this and will surely file a lawsuit against Denon.  There's only room for one blood-sucking, money-grubbing, lying, deceiving cable manufacturer in this country, dammit!  In fact, I hear Monster has applied for a trademark of that very phrase.  ;D

Additionally, signal directional markings are provided for optimum signal transfer.

Now that is fresh.  I imagine the electrons need an arrow so they know which way to go.  Boy are they gonna get spoiled.  They probably won't want to use "non-directional" cables ever again.   :-X

Wonder what people will say when the plastic release lever breaks.  Oh wait, it's a DENON cable, so I'm sure they're using much higher-grade plastic than we're used to seeing on our computers.  These probably have at least double the usual MTBF for that lever...
